I see yoga as a mindset and a lifestyle - a powerful tool to still your mind, connect with your body and tune into yourself. A path to self-discovery, consciousness and mindfulness. Whether approached as an asana practice, meditation, prana (life energy), or simply as small moments of presence and gratitude in daily life, yoga is a holistic journey.

My first physical yoga lesson was around 2013 but my passion for yoga developed much later when I experienced its various benefits. Through yoga, I've learned to listen to my body, fostering a deeper sense of connection and empowerment. Over the years I discovered various forms of yoga and gathered different puzzle pieces of the vast teachings and benefits of yoga. I fell in love with yoga as a philosophy even more after my first YTT with Charlie Stewart-Brown and Indiv Yoga.

I teach a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga depending on the purpose of the yoga class and on the level of the group. I create yoga classes that benefit equally your body and soul and support you in finding inner strength, alignment and harmony.

Aside from a yoga teacher, I am a nutritionist, an economist, a mother. I am passionate about psychology and self-discovery. Originally from Sofia (Bulgaria), I am currently living with my family in Berlin (Germany) and longing for the warmth of the Portuguese sun.
